Shelly, Thank you so much for coming back to the show. Remind us of your role here at EPIC. What does that entail?

Ok, an audit dropped back on October 1st. On Oct 2nd we were able to publicize our rebuttal in print...did anyone run our rebuttal? Media outlets etc? 

Ive heard here and there, that the SAI report was filled with errors, like many errors. Is this true?

Are minds made up? Or to quote Hamilton the musical, are there too many damn pages for man to understand?

Everyone wants to know...what happened Tuesday?  Why did the SVCB not dismiss the case as requested and instead opt to hold a hearing? Haven’t we already provided a rebuttal to them in writing? 

Based on the live broadcast, I gathered that both Epic’s attorney and the prosecution were both thrown off by the 2 day trial. It seemed they were both under the impression that the proceedings would last a minimum of 4 days if it was to come to that. Can all of the facts be heard in two days?

This only impacts the one-on-one charter. The Blended charter will not be impacted by any decisions either way, right? When do you think we will know officially the final answer as to whether our students will be served next year...or not.
