Emma’s passions include the power of human connection, improving health & wellbeing and singing.

She is a highly recognised trainer and facilitator with 30 years’ experience delivering on a range of organisational development topics. She has developed national programmes for clients including NHS England / Improvement.

Emma specialises in helping organisations address complex challenges and implement solutions by guiding participants through an experiential journey, applying learning to their own practice and developing clear actions.

With Shared Harmonies CIC, she has worked with some of the UK’s leading companies including Nissan, Hermes, Royal Canin, Pinsent Masons and PwC.

Shared Harmonies reinvests profits into community programmes for participants affected by health & wellbeing conditions.
