Cities and municipalities have made headlines recently in their efforts to defend themselves from cyber attacks, most notably ransomware. Margaret Byrnes is Executive Director of the New Hampshire Municipal Association, a non-profit membership organization that provides education, training, advocacy and legal services to cities and towns across New Hampshire.
