Debris-free C-beam paths are essential for faster space travel. And as we've been told by our alien friends, who were kind enough to lend us their technology, the only option for a clear C-beam path out of our solar system is straight through Pluto. That news wasn't really met with much enthusiasm obviously. That's a former planet, we're talking about! We already feel a little guilty about downgrading Pluto to a dwarf planet and now we're supposed to destroy it?
