I'm a dynamic Career & Life Coach who has 5 years experience working with motivated professionals and entrepreneurs to guide and inspire them on topics such as;

• Prioritizing priorities
• From motivation to action
• Stress and time management

I started my journey into coaching after a significant break up and soul searching in Asia. This led to my decision to take action on two things; to work in a profession that serves others and to move from London to Madrid, Spain.

I now work with individuals, teams and students in a jargon free way to stimulate new ways to solve problems and facilitate those ready to take the next step.
