It's such a unique view into the word jerk and how scared we are as a society to say the hard things constructively and with kindness and learning at the center of it. Today I wanted to share my experience being on the We As, Podcast with two amazing hosts, Scott Kelly and Aliya Ladha. We had a conversation that was safe and comfortable. We were able to dive into differing views with understanding and open perspective. We were allowed to be little j #jerks in an effort to have meaningful conversation that will move the needle forward in our learning and growth. You definitely need to listen to the We As, Podcast as well and say hello to Scott and Aliya. They are truly two of the greatest hosts I've been honored to meet.
