133. How much protein do you REALLY need?

There are a million articles online, a billion influencers with different opinions, and you cousin's sister's friend telling you different versions of how much protein you should be eating. It's CONFUSING. But the reality is that this number is highly individual.  So while I can't determine the exact amount of protein that is right for you as I talk to myself alone in my office...let's break it down, and talk about a baseline that we can all work from. Hope this one is helpful!
