Tim Puffer graduated with an Insurance and Risk Management degree from Olivet College. He’s been an insurance agent, underwriter, and is currently a territory representative for an insurance company for self-storage tenants.
Tim entered Real Estate looking for some way to not rely on a paycheck from a typical 9-5 job. He decided on house hacking a duplex in Lansing, Michigan. Currently, he is investing in self-storage exclusively, and he owns a 188-unit facility North of Lansing.
