This week Leina and Amy look at the link between early childhood trauma and adult mental health diagnoses. They discuss how childhood trauma can include loss of parent or bullying, as well as neglect or active abuse by a caregiver. They encourage using the concept of noticing without judgement how you have been impacted, knowing that as awareness and insight and healing increase, we have a broader choice in our reactions.
