Today we are talking about boundaries! Lately, I’ve seen a lot on social media about the importance of creating boundaries for your own health and wellbeing. But what I also notice is that the recommendations are about setting boundaries with other people.
That’s important, but what about the more difficult boundaries to set? The most difficult boundaries to set and stick to are the ones we set with ourselves.
