Dr. Carey D. Waddell retired with over 30 years of Fire Service achieving ranks from Firefighter to Fire Chief. Although, through his career he was able to serve all over the world in places such as Greece, Spain, Middle East, Japan, and Okinawa. During his time in the Fire Service he caught the education bug and completed a bachelors, masters, and a doctoral degree of education.
