However, a significant life event, becoming pregnant, prompted her to start her own consulting firm, which eventually evolved into Peritius. With 34 years in the consulting industry, Laura's experience is both extensive and diverse.

Laura's career took a turn when she discovered her passion for project management. Unlike many consultants who focus solely on strategy, Laura wanted to bridge the gap between strategy and reality. This desire led her to develop a process she calls outcome management. This innovative approach combines program and project management with a strategic view of desired outcomes, ensuring that strategies are not just formulated but also successfully implemented.
