Robert Pickton is one of Canada's most notorious serial killers and he confessed to killing as many as 49 women from Vancouver's Downtown East Side.  In episode two we pick the story up in 1999 and we look at more opportunities for people and the police to have stopped Pickton and we look at the way that he was finally captured and his confessions to an undercover police officer when he was put into jail.
