The simple answer to this question is to follow our discussion with Clyde Rouzan. Bro. Rouzan took us on a journey on the blast from his past and  shared his journey to Christ.                                                                                 

• He went to the priest to ask them about calling a man father 
  • Bro. Clyde went to the catholic church and asked the priest why are they told to call men father
  • He was told by the bishop if he continued to studied the Bible they would excommunicate him
  
  
• Bro. Clyde left the meeting and began to read the Bible for himself 
  • He began to read the Bible from the scriptures left behind by the brothers he was studying with
  • Bro. Clyde called the brothers he was studying with and told them he was ready to be baptized
  
  
• Bro. Clyde would attend gospel meeting
  • He began to load the church on 15 passenger vans  to attend gospel meeting
  • He was extremely hungry for the word
  
  
• His wife tried to oppose him and stop him from going to the assembly
  • He went to the assembly and was so upset
  • Bro. Clyde asked the preacher to come to his house and teach his wife the gospel
