138: Jennifer Lynn - How embodiment coaching helps to heal and transform
Jennifer Lynn is an embodiment coach for mamas. It is her ultimate passion and life’s mission to elevate and raise the collective consciousness via attuning and connecting to our children.
She believes that personal transformation happens when focusing on healing the self and reparenting the inner child, which allows mamas to more deeply and energetically connect to their children. Jennifer has been on her healing journey for over 15 years and during that time studied Shamanism, Reiki, Meditation, Energy Healing, and Holistic Health and Nutrition. She takes an encompassed approach to supporting mamas on their path of transformation and evolution, incorporating pieces of all her many studies and modalities in her work with women. She empowers her clients to awaken their feminine wisdom so they can embody the divine qualities of her truest self, and in doing so embody and model for her kids the mama who is healed, the mama who is whole.
