Stephen, also known as the Imperfect Speaker is an Inspirational and Motivational speaker. Being raised in an emotionally abandoned household, he struggled with authority. He was kicked out of school several times eventually landing him in jail. With guidance, Stephen was able to do a complete 180 and successfully become a Law Enforcement Officer receiving numerous accolades including a Merit Award. 

Through his speaking and inspirational videos, Stephen has helped troubled youth recall their true potential and overcome adversity. He is a husband and a father of two boys and one girl.
