His fluency in Japanese and French, coupled with his experience in licensing US media properties for mobile phones in Japan and Europe, gave him a unique perspective on the global market.

One of Andy's notable projects was building a social networking platform for Vodafone. This experience eventually led to the birth of Sourcefit in 2009, a company that started with a focus on software development outsourcing and expanded to other areas like customer service, accounting, and digital marketing.

Andy's leadership extends beyond business. He has initiated a tree planting program in the Sierra Madre mountains to protect Manila from typhoons. He also finds satisfaction in empowering people to pursue their dreams and helping entrepreneurs with their businesses.
