The criminal masterminds investigate the local college and the doctor who was going to be exploded. Things go extremely well, as they confront the shadowy cult of policemen once again, who also seem interested in the doctor they want to explode. Or maybe its a completely different cult? It's unclear, but that's never stopped them from blundering directly into situations where they don't belong!
