Welcome in ya'll!  Today I have the absolute pleasure of speaking to Kacy!  She is a cattle rancher in SE Wyoming and an advocate/speaker for the beef industry.  Her familys ranch has been there since the 1880s, raising livestock.

She is a badass woman in what has mostly been a male dominated industry.  Kacy talks passionately about life on the ranch and how she believes we should all get on the same boat in this industry that has become fragmented.  Her knowledge and passion extends to current cattle producers but she also relays accurate information about the beef industry to the general public and beef consumers.

At the end of the day we all want the same thing, to raise our kids, live the way of life we love, live off the land and take care of our animals.  To see what we have built for generations to come.

Cattle Ranching is hard work and I don't pretend i know a thing, this California girl knows nothing about raising no cattle!  Kacy sat down with me just after birthing a calf!  She is real, with manure in her hair and she looked beautiful.  We talk about how we should all come together at one table and move forward with one voice, make the system better if you think its not working.
