How you run your Young Living business is how everyone in your team thinks that's how it's done. People don't listen do what we say, they watch what we do. It's critically important for us to model behavior that we would like to see our team carry out.
There's a great saying, "Be the Sponsor you'd like to have."
So how do you do that?
Be conscious of everything you say, email you write, and action you take.
How you treat upline, downline, crossline, and the Company is how your team members will too. You set the example.

3. Stopping rumors and negative among team members so it doesn't create cancer in the morale.
