- Completing the stress cycle — I discuss Emily and Amelia Nagoski's phenomenal work and research about the stress cycle and how to complete it
- Sensation as intuition — your body knows the answers to all of your questions, here we cover the practice of listening to your body and knowing what it is communicating to you
- I lead you through a guided somatic and orienting practice to feel your feelings and sensations
