mattea is a creative originally from colorado. she began her career as a fashion blogger and picked up photography as a hobby. she then pursued her BS in entrepreneurship in saint louis before moving to chicagoland where she worked as an influencer marketer for 6 months before quitting her job to do full-time freelance photography. in the summer of 2020 and at the peak of covid, she started an advertising agency with her brother. since then, the company has scaled to a total of 5 employees across the country. she now works full-time as the digital marketing lead of the agency and also does freelance photography as a passion project.
