Padmaja Genesh received her medical degree from Calicut University, India. She has worked as a family physician for several years in India and the Middle-East, before migrating to Canada. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Gerontology from Laurentian University, Sudbury, Ontario. Her passion for working in the field of Dementia stems from her experience with her father-in-law, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in 1999
