Sat down with my boss Ezra (@ezralovesla). He's a post supervisor for movie trailers. We get into some wonky stuff about the business of post production, SoCal, his personal story and how (I think) his process of coming out informs his management style. I feel like he's a really empathetic guy. Audio quality sucks but its not too bad. Enjoy.
