In this episode we discuss the theme of feedback and guidance, a topic we have visited and revisited as a school on a number of occasions, but which can often provide a number of challenges around quality, quantity, consistency, expectation and learners' value and appreciation.  David Calver discusses some of these challenges with Abbi, Kelly and Sophie from English, Jonny from E&S/Business Studies and Kate from Science.  Each of these subject teams have recently implemented or are currently in the process of implementing policies for feedback and guidance and the conversation covers thew challenges and aspirations for these teams in terms of improving the quality, consistency and impact on learners of feedback and guidance.
