We love effort.  It's written on one of the large banners at our gym.  

But what happens fairly often with a certain percentage of our clients is we actually push them to do, less?  Say Whaaaat???

10/10 effort EVERY TIME in the gym is not a great strategy...neither is 5/10 every time. Which one are you? Or are you in the middle?

We talk today about appropriate effort and how we program our clients workouts to help them find a sweet spot.
