In today's digital age, where virtual interactions often dominate, the magic of face-to-face encounters remains unrivalled. At the beginning of this year, I told myself that I would never go to any in person events. As we wrap up 2023, I have attended 2 retreats and 4 in person events, with more locked in for 2024.

In this episode, I will share personal stories and profound insights from each event that I attended and how it contributed to my own evolution. When you stop entertaining your excuses and put yourself in spaces where you are challenged, you have no option but to grow.
