In honour of Friday the 13th here are all the superstitions we grew up with, passed down and brought to you by the infamous Arun and Pushpa a.k.a Senior & Momz.  We couldn't be caught dead with a nail clipper in our hands past dark.  Lord help us if we even looked at the broom past a certain hour.  What are the reasons for all these superstitions and what could their origins be?  Plus, Insidious and Sinister are scary ass movies that we want to watch again but also never want to watch again.  Ashneil also tells us some stories from his recent sailing trip aboard the Resolute.
