Today, on the podcast we welcome John Gronen. John, is the founder and president of Gronen Restoration, which has been a real estate development and restoration company in Dubuque since 1989. His company was the project manager for the restoration of many historic buildings in Dubuque including the Roshek Building and have been a huge contributor to the continued Millwork District Revitalization.
