Thank you for tuning into episode #13 of The Why Moments Podcast. Meet Juliette, she is a multimedia artist who studied film making in Paris, worked as a photographer and currently makes music videos, does tattoos and she has a big passion in embroidery and sustainability.
This episode is a heavy one. We touch a lot of subjects on her experience with sexual abuse, her suffering from insomnia for two years and half leading to panic attacks every few days. She had OCDs and very specific hallucination. We talk about self-harm, her diagnosis of Borderline Personality disorder and how she was turned away from the hospital she was seeking help from. She also talks about how sometimes self-help tools or positive thinking became toxic for her.
