Well here it is STIGU fam.. the final episode for 2020. In this ep we're talking about kindness being key. It's the end of what has been a crazy year for so many reasons. Many people are burnt out from social events galore, christmas festivities, stress and work responsibilities. When all else fails, kindness goes a long way. You never know what someone is going through behind closed doors or personal battles they're facing. Here's your little reminder that a smile, checking in with someone or doing a random act of kindness doesn't take much, but it can make a big difference in someones day.
