This week we sit down with Andy Young, one of the top (if not the top!) track and field coach in Great Britain. Andy was awarded the Scottish Athletics Performance Coach of the Year in 2016, 2018 & 2020 and coaches Laura Muir & Gemma Reekie, two of Great Britain’s most promising athletes. His athletes have placed in the finals of the Olympic Games, World Championships and have a multitude of medals at the European Athletics Championships. He is joined by Mr Martin Pate who talks through his journey as a coach and shares some interesting stories about Mo Farah and one of the most well known people in the UK!
