Jackie talks with her friend Lauren Scharmer about her work as a counselor, particularly in her efforts to help priests, and how we as lay people can support and care for our priests.   

Lauren Scharmer practices as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Sexual Addiction Treatment Provider. She has called Saint Louis home for the last 8.5 years and loves spending time with family and friends, reading, and enjoying coffee or a margarita depending on the time of day. Journeying with others - both as a friend and a clinician - towards wholeness and healing has been one of the great privileges of her life.
