Lance is a husband, father, and combat veteran. He founded Legacy Dads in 2005 when he started struggling as a husband and father and went on a journey to discover what actually works, based on evidence and proven results, to raise Christ-like children while avoiding the common pitfalls and mistakes many parents make.

Lance has spent the last 22 years working in over 40 countries with the most elite organizations of the military and government in dealing with terrorism, instability, and global crisis response.

Outside of his day job, Lance is a speaker, ministry leader, trainer of missionaries, and now an “empty nest father."
