Makayla Morales is a 26 year old first time mom. She chose to lean into her faith to pursue a path of unassisted pregnancy & birth. She was a practicing New Age Spiritualist in the past & her pregnancy brought her into a deeper relationship with God & commitment to the Christian faith she’d been raised in.

Marisa is the doula and childbirth educator behind Roaring Motherhood. I have been married for 9 years and a mother to 3 blessings. Christ has placed upon my heart, a calling, that encourages women to get back to having him in the center of it all. We can create positive change in the birth world by nurturing, educating, and healing ourselves through an informed and faith-filled lens.
