In this episode, we interview a good internet-friend of mine, Mallory Gothelf! She has had a very simliar journey to me in terms of dealing with and addressing her mental health issues. In addition, she has turned her pain around and used it to serve others, eventually founding her company, Find Yourself Boxes (findyourselfboxes.com).
