In today’s episode, I share my journey with anxiety and the 5 ways I protect my mental health.

I used to think that I was just paranoid but a few years ago I finally realized that what I thought was “just being paranoid” was actually anxiety.

To those of you who live with anxiety: please know that you are not alone. There is such a stigma towards anxiety and mental health and not enough people talk about their struggles. And that’s why a lot of people don’t talk about their journeys…so please remember that just because the people you follow might not be openly talking about it, it doesn’t mean that they aren’t dealing with it.
