I've recently discovered a new belief that I have: I believe that we don't make wrong choices. I've arrived here by moving through some big and real feelings regarding a relationship choice I made in the past, and by realizing that we can live more openly when we release shame and value judgement... while staying aware of how our choices affect other people, of course.
I describe the real-life situation that lead me here, we discuss the details of how "no wrong choices" really works, then we practice a clearing breath meditation to help us make contact with the present moment, which is inherently neutral and a place where we can let go of value judgement and shame in an embodied way.
