AnesthesiologyPeggy McNaull, MD, is the John Rowlingson Professor and Chair of the University of Virginia Department of Anesthesiology and is a Pediatric Cardiovascular Anesthesiologist. She is the first female Chair of Anesthesiology at UVA.

Dr. McNaull has a long track record of improving quality and outcomes for patients. She started the University of North Carolina Medical Center's Opioid Stewardship Program, which has had tremendous success and results.
