In this episode, I discuss why harnessing Personal Power is essential when it comes to creating the life that is written on our hearts.

The truth is, life happens and unfortunately, there are many things that happen that are outside our control. However, if we decide to give away our own power to all of these events, then our internal foundation will always feel shaky. 

I believe it is time that we reverse this narrative, and start becoming the co-creators of our lives by simply deciding how we want to feel, and consciously supporting that feeling throughout our day.
