Tavin: I have a topic suggestion for you guys. I’m doing a research project on neural adaptation to strength training (aka newbie gains) and if you can prolong the neural adaptation or if it is just fixed to a certain time frame. So you guys should talk about what neural adaptation is, and see if you can find any research on prolonging it or not.
