I spoke today at Ramsey High School in NJ as part of their Mental Health Day. Later that evening, when I got home, I heard the tragic news of the shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, TX. I created this episode to provide strategies for students to deal with the stressors and pressures of life.
