Today’s concrete challenge is to plan for your bedtime. Here are some tips on successfully transitioning to sleep:
If you still have trouble sleeping, you can try a very low dose of a melatonin supplement. Somewhere around 1 mg 30 minutes before you’d like to sleep is a good place to start.
