Our students need our support and sometimes lack the encouragement from their friends and family who surround them. 

Leading a team of dedicated but sometimes deflated and defeated advisors, takes ENERGY, PASSION, EMPATHY, and SKILL. Sometimes as leaders, we forget who our advisors are...PEOPLE.
