Joe’s Bio

Joe Aburdene has spent the last 20 years in the Recruiting world, starting his 14-year career with Aerotek in 2003 as an Engineering Recruiter before taking on Leadership roles in BD and operations/strategy. Since then, he's worked for a tech-enabled talent sourcing solutions provider (Vsource), a flex RPO (Lucas James Talent Partners), and is now building the managed services division for Findem.
