In this episode we break down stigma!! How we think it got started, different definitions, how it effects those who struggle with mental illness, and most importantly how to change it. Stigma is attached to so many things including having to take medication. This week Michelle will share her experience with adjusting and possibly changing the medication she takes and how it feels.
