In today's video, we are going to be talking about what is nice girl syndrome. While we talk about what is the good girl syndrome, we will also discuss how to stop being a nice girl and most importantly, why I stopped being the nice girl!  I will also chat about how to set boundaries in romantic relationships and how to set good boundaries in relationships. Even if this is you, we can use this to learn how to set boundaries with a narcissistic mother and how to set good boundaries with family. Throughout the year I had to learn how to set boundaries in friendship and how to stop being a people-pleaser (but still be nice) and it takes time!  Next time, we will discuss is people-pleasing and codependency the same, what causes people-pleasing, and a beginner's guide to how to start setting boundaries in a relationship!
