Ohio's Supreme Court is dealing with one of the largest gerrymandering cases in the country, and three of its members are up for re-election in just one week. 

Despite being a slightly Republican state, Republicans have given themselves a super-majority in our state legislature. Ohio's Supreme Court has declared these maps unconstitutional several times, but -- as always -- the gerrymanderers have many tricks up their sleeves.

We also discuss a surprise ruling by Amy Coney Barrett in favor of President Biden's student loan forgiveness program.
