Today’s guest on the ValueTheMarkets podcast is John Stafford, Non-Executive Director of Nostra Terra Oil and Gas (LSE:NTOG)
Nostra has existing producing assets in the Permian Basin and Pine Mills and is now focussed on ramping up operations by way of horizontal drilling at its Mesquite asset in the Permian. The company is also expecting to hear the result of arbitration over its assets in Egypt imminently. John has 35 years of experience in the oil and gas sector and in this interview talks about his previous role as Vice President of Operations at Gulf Keystone (LSE:GKP), overseeing the company’s Shaikan discovery. He also discusses what attracted him to joining the Nostra Terra board and the transformational potential on offer from planned horizontal drilling on the firm’s Mesquite asset.
