It is definitely hard to pick to favourites when we are talking about vitamins and minerals, as they are so broad in the impact that they have. Without vitamins and minerals so many parts of us don’t function properly. But today we have decided to start with magnesium and zinc. We will cover what do these vitamins and minerals do? how do you know if you are deficient? And, what can you do about it?
